Bishop Wright’s mission is to help Christians to discover, resolve, and release the hidden pain that inhibits spiritual growth, divine worship, and the fulfillment of purpose. His distinct prescription for worship is an experience of fullness in inner healing and deliverance. This prescription is building ties across the nation through the anointed relationship of Theology, Ministry, and Psychology. He holds three doctorates in the aforementioned areas respectively. Bishop Wright serves as overseer and spiritual covering to a fellowship of churches and ministries across the United States. This fellowship fosters guidance, leadership, and continual pursuit of excellence in ministry for those in need. Bishop Wright leads with compassion and understanding. His leadership style was birthed from one of his favorite passages of scripture, "It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning: Great is Thy faithfulness." (Lamentations 3:22-23) Bishop Wright watches over and serves all that are assigned to him out of faithfulness with the compassion and mercy of JESUS. As one who has a great burden for the youth, in August 2000, Bishop Wright single-handedly pioneered the first, "Next Generation Youth Conference" which was held at the MCI Center in downtown, Washington, DC. This event brought together more than 15,000 young people from all over the United States to a day of nonstop prayer, praise and worship. In his continuing efforts to totally meet the combined social, psychological and theological needs of the people of God, Bishop Wright accepted the invitation to participate in the Summer Leadership Institute at Harvard University Divinity School in June 2005.
